Veloforte: from vendor model to a rebuilt Seller Central business
Brand: Veloforte · Category: Natural sports nutrition · Engagement: Amazon account rebuild and ongoing management, Amazon UK
The problem
Veloforte had moved from their own Seller Central account to a distributor under Amazon's vendor model. It took the admin off a small team and took the control with it: pricing, listing content and sight of their own numbers. They decided to come back as a seller and needed a partner to rebuild and run the account.
What we did
Audited the whole catalogue against Amazon's own data before touching copy, rebuilt variation families and attributes so Rufus can read and recommend the range, rewrote titles, bullets and Q&A for shopper and assistant, built out A+ and the Brand Store, and run ads weekly against a new-customer brief.
- 6.3 blended ads ROAS, March to September 2026
- 62% organic share of sales, January to September 2026
- 94% Buy Box won, April to July 2026
"We'd been on Amazon as a seller before, then moved to a distributor and the vendor model because it took the admin off our plate. What it also took was control: of our pricing, our content and our own numbers. Coming back as a seller was the right call, but it's a lot of work for a team our size. Lmo7 rebuilt the account, fixed the catalogue and now run the channel with us week to week. Just as important, they've set us up for what comes next. More of our customers are going to find us through Rufus and AI assistants than through a search box, and our listings are built for that now. Before we made the move we spoke with five or six companies who all offered similar support services but despite some very strong pitches, Lmo7 stood out immediately with such a clear migration and growth plan along with giving us confidence in a changing world that they'd already embraced and started to exploit AI that we'd be in safe hands. Sales were ahead of our expectations quickly and we expect a long-term relationship to develop."

Trip Drinks: from 7th to 3rd in AI recommendations in 60 days
Brand: Trip Drinks · Category: Functional drinks · Engagement: 60-day AI search optimisation sprint
The problem
Trip had strong products and brand awareness but was under-represented in AI-generated recommendation sets for functional drinks. AI recommendation lists are heavily top-weighted: outside the top three, visibility and selection rates drop fast.
What we did
Improved key site signals, upgraded the priority content AI systems most commonly reference and strengthened citations and supporting references to increase trust and retrievability. Progress was tracked throughout with Share of Model across share of voice, average position and mention rate.
The result
- Average position across tracked models improved from 7th to 3rd in the functional drinks category
- AI-referred traffic rose 33% over the same period
- Engagement duration: 60 days
Direct referral understates the effect: many AI-influenced buyers return via other channels.

Lmo7: using Share-of-Model data to build our own ChatGPT ad targeting
Brand: Lmo7 (self-experiment) · Category: B2B agency services · Engagement: Ongoing: live self-experiment
The problem
ChatGPT advertising runs on audience signals, not keywords. Standard audience-building for this agency category has no ready-made playbook. We needed to build targeting from first principles.
What we did
We queried Share-of-Model data to identify the queries where Lmo7 was being retrieved alongside the categories of brands we want to reach. Used that signal to build the audience and creative brief for our own ChatGPT ad campaigns, applying our own methodology to our brand as a live test bed.
This is a live, ongoing experiment. We publish the data and methodology as we go.
